Booking Terms
These booking terms apply to reservations at Sukoró Apartments in Sukoró, Hungary.
1. General
These terms apply to all reservations at Sukoró Apartments. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
2. Reservation and payment
A reservation is final after the payment has been successfully received and confirmed. After payment has been received, the guest will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Arrival and departure
- Check-in: from 15:00
- Check-out: no later than 10:00
Different times are only possible by prior agreement.
4. Number of guests
The number of guests may not exceed the number of persons for whom the reservation was made. Extra guests or visitors are only allowed after consultation with the landlord.
5. House rules
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
- Please respect the peace and quiet of other guests and neighbours.
- Pets are only allowed with prior permission.
- Damage to the accommodation or inventory must be reported immediately.
6. Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted in writing or by email.
In case of cancellation, costs may be charged depending on the time of cancellation and the agreements already made.
Any refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Liability
Staying at Sukoró Apartments is at the guest’s own risk. The landlord is not liable for loss, theft, damage to property or personal injury of guests, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
8. Force majeure
In case of force majeure, including natural disasters, government measures, technical failures or other circumstances beyond the landlord’s control, a reservation may be changed or cancelled.
